• Master's/PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related quantitative field
• 5+ years experience in AI/ML with 2+ years in leadership role
• Proven track record of delivering production-grade AI solutions
• Expertise in ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), cloud platforms, MLOps
• Strong stakeholder management and strategic planning abilities
