Mindrift is seeking a skilled Bot Developer specializing in WhatsApp Business API, Telegram Bot API, and Discord API to join the Tendem project. This freelance position is based in Tunisia and focuses on designing, building, and maintaining conversational bots and messaging-platform integrations. As a Chatbot Developer, you will craft intelligent automation solutions that enhance user engagement across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy chatbots for WhatsApp, Telegram, and Discord using their respective APIs.
• Integrate bots with backend services, databases, and third-party systems.
• Design conversational flows and ensure natural user interactions.
• Monitor bot performance, debug issues, and implement optimizations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Maintain clear documentation of bot architecture and code.

Requirements

• Proven experience with WhatsApp Business API, Telegram Bot API, and Discord API.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Node.js, or similar languages.
• Hands-on knowledge of webhooks, REST APIs, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote freelance environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging abilities.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
