Senior Full-Stack Engineer

Job Overview

As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and deploying scalable, high-performance software solutions. You will work in a fast-paced, agile environment where moving quickly and shipping quality code is the norm.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement end-to-end features across the entire stack, from frontend interfaces to backend services and databases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and AI engineers to define and deliver innovative product capabilities.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following industry best practices.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and promote a culture of technical excellence.
• Contribute to system architecture decisions and technology selection.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years of professional full-stack software development experience.
• Frontend: Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js) and HTML/CSS.
• Backend: Strong knowledge of server-side languages such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
• Databases: Experience with both SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB) databases.
• Cloud & DevOps: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
• AI/ML Integration: Familiarity with integrating AI models or APIs into production systems is a plus.
• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities; comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment.
