About the Role

EL SPACE Social Innovation Hub is seeking a highly experienced Senior SEO Content Strategist with a minimum of 10 years of expertise to join our dynamic team in Tunis, Tunisia. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO content strategies to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Create, edit, and optimize high-quality, engaging content for various platforms, ensuring it aligns with SEO best practices and brand voice.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and development, to ensure content is integrated across all channels.
• Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices to ensure continuous improvement.
• Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of all content projects.
• Identify and implement technical SEO improvements to enhance website performance and crawlability.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in SEO and content strategy, preferably in a senior role.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing SEO strategies that have resulted in significant organic growth.
• Expertise in keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, link building, and technical SEO.
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a knack for crafting persuasive and engaging content.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive strategic decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in the social innovation or non-profit sector is a plus.
