Eram Talent is actively seeking an experienced Senior Training and Development Strategist to become an integral part of our vibrant team based in Saudi Arabia. This pivotal role focuses on architecting and executing comprehensive training initiatives designed to elevate employee capabilities and knowledge throughout the organization. As a cornerstone of our Human Resources department, you will collaborate across diverse business units to pinpoint developmental needs, craft bespoke learning solutions, and cultivate an environment that champions ongoing professional growth.

Key Responsibilities: The Core of Your Impact

  • Spearhead the creation and implementation of the company’s overarching training and development framework, ensuring alignment with policies and industry best practices.
  • Conduct thorough analyses to pinpoint competency and skill deficiencies by examining performance metrics, employee feedback, and management insights.
  • Formulate a forward-thinking, long-term training strategy that directly supports overarching business objectives and strategic workforce planning.
  • Design and deploy innovative digital onboarding and continuous learning programs, making effective use of advanced learning technologies and platforms (e.g., Learning Management Systems).
  • Develop compelling and accessible training materials, comprehensive manuals, and impactful visual aids to support diverse learning styles.
  • Rigorously assess the efficacy of all training programs, facilitators, and learning resources, proactively identifying areas for enhancement.
  • Oversee and manage the annual training budget, providing accurate forecasts for future learning and development investments.
  • Cultivate strategic alliances with external training vendors and recognized certification bodies to broaden our learning ecosystem.
  • Generate insightful reports and performance dashboards that clearly articulate training outcomes and track employee skill progression.
  • Empower managers and supervisors by equipping them with effective coaching and learning application techniques for their respective teams.
  • Champion and actively promote a robust culture of continuous learning and professional development across the entire organization.

Qualifications & Experience: Your Foundation for Success

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related academic discipline.
  • A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience specifically within training and development roles, or equivalent strategic HR functions.
  • Profound understanding of adult learning principles and sophisticated instructional design methodologies.
  • Demonstrated success in creating dynamic training content and leading highly engaging training sessions.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, fostering strong professional relationships.
  • Advanced analytical capabilities essential for accurate training needs assessment and impactful program evaluation.
  • Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other relevant e-learning technologies.
