Key Responsibilities: Supply Chain Specialist
- Oversee the daily execution of logistics operations, guaranteeing the prompt and lawful transit of aircraft components and supplies throughout our network.
- Coordinate the dispatch of shipments, diligently monitor delivery progress, and promptly address urgent requirements and Aircraft on Ground (AOG) situations.
- Manage inbound and outbound logistics for both domestic and international routes, liaising effectively with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs agents to ensure dependable deliveries.
- Perform end-to-end shipment tracking and tracing, proactively identifying and mitigating any delays, disruptions, or risks that might affect aircraft availability.
- Ensure all shipments strictly adhere to aviation, customs, and international trade regulations, including the proper handling of dangerous goods according to IATA and ICAO standards.
- Maintain precise shipping documentation and auditable records to uphold regulatory, quality, and audit compliance.
Qualifications & Experience: Air Cargo Specialist
- A relevant degree is required.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, aviation operations, or a closely related field.
- Demonstrable hands-on experience in aviation or aerospace logistics, encompassing international shipping protocols and customs procedures.
- A robust understanding of logistics principles and best practices within the aerospace sector.
