zabeel tower is seeking a bright, presentable, and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join our vibrant real estate team in Dubai. As the initial point of contact for our esteemed clients, you will be instrumental in fostering a welcoming and professional atmosphere while providing essential support to our daily office operations. This role is perfect for an administrative assistant or customer service representative looking to make an impact in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and professionally assist all clients and visitors.
  • Efficiently answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
  • Skillfully manage appointment schedules and coordinate meetings for the team.
  • Perform essential administrative tasks and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Ensure the reception area remains consistently clean, organized, and presentable.
  • Prepare and serve refreshments for guests and management as needed, typically 3-4 times daily.

Requirements: Your Profile

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
