Job Description: Senior Real Estate Consultant

We are looking for talented, presentable individuals with excellent communication skills and a clear command of English to excel as Property Consultants and Real Estate Agents within our organization. This role demands a proactive approach to client engagement and a deep understanding of the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the real estate sector.
• Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring optimal market exposure and client satisfaction.
• Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice to potential buyers and sellers.
• Negotiate terms and facilitate the closing of real estate transactions.
• Stay abreast of market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other industry stakeholders.
• Prepare market analysis reports and property valuations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant sales field, with a strong preference for real estate sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Presentable demeanor with a professional attitude.
• Fluent in English; Arabic and Hindi/Urdu proficiency is a significant advantage.
• Ability to reliably commute or plan relocation to Abu Dhabi.
