About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality nursing care within the Surgical OPD.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, health management, and post-operative care.
• Perform comprehensive health and nursing assessments to identify patient needs.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, allied health professionals, and other team members.
• Ensure adherence to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Mentor and guide junior nursing staff in patient care delivery.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Valid and unrestricted nursing license.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Staff Nurse, with a significant portion in a surgical setting.
• Proven experience in patient assessment and care planning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
