About the Role

Property Shop Investment LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Real Estate Sales Consultant to join our elite sales team on Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi. Sales Consultant Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential clients and present high-value properties on Saadiyat Island.
  • Effectively manage and nurture company-generated leads to drive sales conversions.
  • Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice on real estate investments.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to company standards.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve and exceed individual and team targets.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the luxury real estate market trends and competitor activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and other stakeholders.

Requirements for Real Estate Professionals

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, with a strong focus on real estate.
  • Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of the Abu Dhabi real estate market, particularly Saadiyat Island.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
