Sales Consultant Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients and present high-value properties on Saadiyat Island.
- Effectively manage and nurture company-generated leads to drive sales conversions.
- Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice on real estate investments.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to company standards.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve and exceed individual and team targets.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the luxury real estate market trends and competitor activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and other stakeholders.
Requirements for Real Estate Professionals
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, with a strong focus on real estate.
- Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of the Abu Dhabi real estate market, particularly Saadiyat Island.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
