Kids Club Attendant

Position Overview

The Kids Club Attendant is responsible for delivering exceptional childcare and entertainment services to guests’ children, ensuring a safe, engaging, and memorable experience in the resort’s Kids Club.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise age‑appropriate activities, games, crafts, and educational programs for children.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment in the Kids Club area.
• Monitor children’s attendance, behavior, and well‑being, providing first‑aid assistance if needed.
• Collaborate with hotel staff to coordinate schedules, special events, and family‑friendly services.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding daily activities and any concerns.
• Prepare activity reports and maintain inventory of toys, games, and supplies.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in children’s entertainment, childcare, or hospitality roles.
• Strong knowledge of child development and safety standards.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English; Arabic language proficiency is a plus.
• First‑aid/CPR certification preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
