• Oversee health service planning, monitoring, and reporting across the Aswan catchment area
• Coordinate with local health authorities, partners, and field teams to ensure service continuity
• Manage data systems, supply tracking, and compliance with programme standards
• Support capacity building and technical guidance for frontline health staff

• Proven experience in health programme coordination or public health operations
• Strong organizational, analytical, and cross-cultural communication skills
• Ability to work independently in remote field settings with limited supervision
• Fluency in Arabic; English proficiency preferred
