Associate, 3PL - Third-Party Logistics Operations

Join Mrsool, a leading on-demand delivery platform, as an Associate, 3PL to drive excellence in third-party logistics management. This role focuses on optimizing carrier partnerships, enhancing delivery performance, and scaling logistics operations across Egypt.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize 3PL provider relationships to ensure service level agreement (SLA) compliance and cost efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze logistics KPIs including on-time delivery, order accuracy, cost per shipment, and carrier performance.
• Coordinate with warehouse operations and transportation teams to streamline last-mile delivery and reverse logistics.
• Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with third-party logistics vendors to reduce costs and improve service quality.
• Implement process improvement initiatives using data analytics and root cause analysis to resolve operational bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain, customer experience, and technology to launch new delivery zones and service models.
• Develop and maintain logistics dashboards and reporting tools for real-time visibility into 3PL performance.
• Support peak season planning and capacity management to handle demand fluctuations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in 3PL management, logistics operations, or supply chain analytics within e-commerce, delivery, or transportation industry.
• Proven track record in vendor management, contract negotiation, and SLA governance.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI for logistics data analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English; ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Deep understanding of last-mile delivery economics, route optimization, and fleet utilization.

Preferred Skills

• Certification in Supply Chain (CSCP, CPIM) or Logistics (CLTD).
• Experience with on-demand delivery platforms or gig economy logistics models.
• Knowledge of Egyptian logistics regulations, customs, and transportation laws.
• Project management certification (PMP, Prince2) a plus.
