• Manage front office, housekeeping, and guest services standards across assigned properties
• Drive operational excellence and brand compliance in rooms division
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Analyze performance metrics and implement revenue optimization strategies
• Complete rotational assignments in multiple MEA markets over 12 months

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• 0-2 years experience; internships in rooms division preferred
• Fluent English; Arabic a strong advantage
• Proven leadership in academic, extracurricular, or professional settings
• Willingness to relocate across Middle East & Africa region
