Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Food and Beverage and Event Service Expert to join a professional hospitality team in Egypt. This role focuses on delivering exceptional F&B service across restaurants, banquet halls, and special events. As an event service expert, you will be responsible for creating memorable guest experiences while supporting daily food and beverage operations in a fast-paced hotel or restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver professional table service and banquet service for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and private events.
• Set up and arrange event spaces, tables, and service stations according to brand standards.
• Assist guests with menu selections, dietary needs, and special requests to ensure high guest satisfaction.
• Support the culinary team in maintaining smooth food and beverage operations during peak service hours.
• Serve food and beverages accurately and efficiently during hotel catering, weddings, conferences, and corporate events.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards throughout the venue.
• Monitor guest needs and anticipate service requirements to exceed expectations.
• Collaborate with kitchen, stewarding, and event coordination teams to deliver seamless service.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food and beverage service, preferably in hotels, restaurants, or event venues.
• Strong knowledge of banquet service standards and F&B etiquette.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
• Physical stamina to stand, carry trays, and move throughout the venue for extended periods.
• A guest-focused mindset with attention to detail and a positive team attitude.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations is preferred.
