Lobby Manager - Luxury Hotel Sharm El Sheikh | Rixos Premium Seagate

Role: Lobby Manager at Rixos Premium Seagate, a luxury all-inclusive resort in Sharm El Sheikh overlooking the Red Sea.

• Oversee daily lobby operations and guest reception services
• Manage front desk team, concierge, and bell staff
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure
• Handle VIP protocols, special requests, and complaint resolution
• Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments
• Maintain lobby standards, presentation, and operational efficiency

Requirements: Proven experience in luxury hotel lobby/front office management, strong leadership, multilingual preferred, and familiarity with all-inclusive resort operations.
