Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing a specific section of the dining room, ensuring seamless service flow.
• Greeting guests, escorting them to their tables, and presenting menus.
• Taking accurate food and beverage orders, demonstrating in-depth menu knowledge.
• Serving dishes and beverages efficiently and elegantly.
• Anticipating guest needs and responding promptly to requests.
• Liaising with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization within the assigned section.
• Processing payments and ensuring guest satisfaction upon departure.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Chef de Rang or similar role in a high-end restaurant.
• Excellent knowledge of fine dining service standards and etiquette.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
