• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to maximize uptime
• Supervise and mentor a team of technicians ensuring safety and quality standards
• Coordinate with engineering and facility management on system upgrades and troubleshooting
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and manufacturer specifications

You bring:

• Three-year Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Air-conditioning & Refrigeration Engineering
• 7+ years hands-on experience in HVAC operation, maintenance, and overhauling
• Expertise with screw chiller systems and large-scale commercial installations
• Proven leadership ability with strong technical problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of international HVAC standards and safety protocols
