Role Overview

We are seeking a qualified Fitness Instructor based in Tunisia to join the TUI BLUE Palm Beach Palace team. The position starts immediately and runs through 31 October, offering a focused contract for local residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver daily group and individual fitness classes for hotel guests and staff.
• Conduct fitness assessments, provide personalized training plans, and monitor progress.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and motivating workout environment.
• Collaborate with the wellness team to align programs with the resort’s health standards.
• Promote the resort’s fitness amenities and encourage guest participation.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a fitness instructor or trainer, preferably in a hospitality or resort setting.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., ACE, NASM, or equivalent).
• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Ability to start immediately and commit to the contract period ending 31 October.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, energetic personality, and a passion for promoting health and wellness.
