Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified Fitness Instructor to join our team at TUI BLUE Palm Beach Palace, serving local residents in Tunisia. The contract runs from immediate start until 31 October.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging group fitness classes for guests and residents.
• Provide personalized fitness guidance and assessments.
• Maintain equipment safety and cleanliness.
• Collaborate with the wellness team to enhance program offerings.
• Monitor participant progress and adjust programs accordingly.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Relevant certification in fitness instruction (e.g., ACE, NASM, or equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience leading fitness classes.
• Strong knowledge of exercise techniques, health & safety standards.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Desired Skills

• Motivational coaching and client engagement.
• First aid/CPR certification.
• Team‑player attitude and proactive problem solving.
