Reservations Agent – 1,000+ Guest Bookings Managed Yearly

Drive seamless guest experiences as a Reservations Agent based in Tunis, handling high volumes of reservation requests, modifications, and cancellations across phone, fax, and mail channels. You will identify guest needs, confirm availability, and ensure every booking is accurate and professionally managed.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations promptly and accurately
• Identify guest reservation needs and recommend suitable options
• Coordinate with hotel departments to confirm room availability and special requests
• Maintain up-to-date records in the reservation system
• Handle inquiries via phone, fax, and mail with professionalism and efficiency

• Requirements:
• Experience in reservations, hospitality, or a related customer-facing role
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Proficiency in reservation software is a plus
