Mediclinic Group is seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse with specialized experience in Dialysis to join our team in Abu Dhabi. Duties and Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care in collaboration with the multi-professional team, adhering to established clinical standards and relevant legislation.
• Ensure patient safety by proactively identifying, preventing, and managing risks in line with clinical risk policies and procedures.
• Actively contribute to positive patient experiences by cultivating a supportive and conducive environment, guided by nursing leadership.
• Foster a learning environment by actively supervising, mentoring, and coaching both learners and fellow nursing employees to enhance competence.
• Coordinate and manage dialysis treatments, ensuring adherence to patient care plans and safety protocols.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (Essential).
• A minimum of two years of current/recent experience specifically in Dialysis nursing (Essential).
• Prior experience working within the UAE healthcare system is required.
• Proficiency in English (Verbal and Written Communication Skills).
• Basic Arabic language skills are advantageous.
• Comprehensive understanding of patient safety standards and protocols.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and general computer literacy.
