Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate complex calendars and scheduling for the founders, ensuring optimal time management.
• Facilitate seamless communication between founders, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
• Organize and manage all aspects of executive travel, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy.
• Conduct research and prepare background materials for meetings and events.
• Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
• Act as a gatekeeper and liaison for the founders, ensuring efficient workflow.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role, supporting C-level executives or founders.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in calendar management software and standard office productivity suites.
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments, preferably within the tech or AI sector.
• Adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Mandatory relocation to Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
