Key Responsibilities for a UI/UX Specialist

• Develop and execute visually engaging graphic designs and intuitive user interface layouts.
• Create detailed wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate design concepts.
• Collaborate closely with product management and development teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and overall user experience.
• Translate high-level requirements into seamless interaction flows and artifacts, crafting beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces.
• Present design solutions to various stakeholders, effectively articulating the rationale and benefits.
• Execute all visual design stages from initial concept development through to final hand-off to developers.
• Conceptualize original ideas that simplify complex design challenges and enhance user-friendliness.
• Stay current with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies to ensure cutting-edge design solutions.

Qualifications and Requirements for a Visual Designer

• A minimum of 8 years of demonstrable experience in Graphic Design and User Interface (UI) Design.
• A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional UI design skills and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience with rapid prototyping using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Excellent visual design skills with a deep understanding of user-system interaction principles.
• Proven ability to solve complex problems creatively and efficiently.
• Fluency in Arabic (speaking, reading, and writing) is a significant advantage.
