Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care in seamless collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, adhering to established clinical standards and all relevant legislation.
• Proactively ensure patient safety by identifying, mitigating, and managing potential risks in strict accordance with clinical risk policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
• Take ownership of creating positive patient experiences by fostering a supportive and conducive environment, guided by nursing leadership.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Essential: A Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Possession of a valid Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certificate.
• Essential: A minimum of two years of relevant nursing experience in your home country.
• Desired: At least three years of recent or current experience specifically as a hemodialysis nurse within a hospital setting.
• Desired: Previous experience working in the UAE is considered an advantage.
