About the Role

Mediclinic Group is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse with a specialization in Facial & Aesthetic Cosmetology to join our esteemed team in Abu Dhabi. Duties and Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care in collaboration with the multi-professional team, adhering to established clinical standards and relevant legislation.
• Ensure patient safety by actively identifying, preventing, and managing risks in line with clinical risk policies and procedures.
• Champion positive patient experiences by cultivating a conducive and supportive environment, guided by nursing leadership.
• Contribute to a robust learning environment by actively supervising, mentoring, and coaching nursing learners and colleagues.
• Coordinate and implement evidence-based nursing care plans for patients undergoing facial and aesthetic procedures.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate.
• A minimum of two years of nursing experience in your home country.
• Proficiency in verbal and written English communication.
• Comprehensive knowledge of patient safety standards.
• Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications.

Desired Qualifications

• At least five years of recent experience performing advanced facial and aesthetic procedures.
• Previous experience working in the UAE is highly advantageous.
• Basic Arabic language skills are a plus.
