About the Role

Hitachi, a prominent leader in energy solutions, is actively recruiting for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant in Dubai. This pivotal role provides critical high-level administrative support directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and the Head of Human Resources. The position is ideal for a seasoned administrative professional seeking to leverage their expertise within a dynamic corporate environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate complex calendars for senior executives, ensuring optimal scheduling and conflict resolution.
  • Arrange and coordinate domestic and international travel logistics, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
  • Prepare and edit executive-level materials, reports, and presentations with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing communications effectively.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including document management and meeting coordination.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience supporting C-level executives or senior leadership.
  • Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
