VOIS (Vodafone Intelligent Solutions) operates as a strategic arm of Vodafone Group Plc, delivering intelligent solutions through Talent, Technology & Transformation. We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Impact Team Leader to drive measurable learning outcomes and capability building across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the L&D Impact team to design, implement, and evaluate high-impact learning strategies aligned with business objectives
• Develop and execute learning measurement frameworks using Kirkpatrick model, ROI analysis, and learning analytics
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify skill gaps and design targeted development programs
• Oversee learning technology stack including LMS, LXP, and digital learning platforms
• Drive learning culture transformation and employee upskilling initiatives
• Manage vendor relationships and external learning partnerships
• Report on learning effectiveness, engagement metrics, and business impact to senior leadership
• Coach and develop L&D specialists and facilitators within the team

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• 7+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, with 3+ years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of designing and measuring high-impact learning programs in large-scale organizations
• Deep expertise in learning evaluation methodologies (Kirkpatrick, Phillips ROI, Brinkerhoff)
• Strong experience with learning technologies: LMS/LXP administration, authoring tools, analytics platforms
• Demonstrated ability to align learning strategy with business KPIs and organizational goals
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior levels
• Experience in telecommunications, technology, or shared services environment is advantageous
