HR Operations Consultant | Human Resources

Role Summary

SITA is seeking an experienced HR Operations Consultant to optimize human resources processes within a global aviation technology environment. This role focuses on streamlining HR operations, ensuring compliance, and supporting workforce initiatives that keep airports moving, airlines flying smoothly, and borders open through innovative technology and communication solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement efficient HR operational frameworks aligned with global aviation industry standards
• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and offboarding
• Oversee HRIS administration and data integrity across multiple systems
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and international regulations across operational regions
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance HR service delivery and employee experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support workforce planning and organizational design
• Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures documentation
• Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters and conflict resolution
• Manage HR vendor relationships and service level agreements
• Generate analytics and reporting for HR metrics and KPIs to support strategic decision-making

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 7+ years of progressive experience in HR operations within multinational organizations
• Proven track record in HR transformation projects and process optimization
• Deep knowledge of HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar)
• Strong understanding of international labor laws and compliance requirements
• Experience in aviation, technology, or telecommunications sectors preferred
• Professional HR certification (SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CIPD Level 7) highly desirable
• Fluent in English; Arabic language proficiency is an advantage
