SAP SuccessFactors EC Consultant - Egypt Remote Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant to join our growing team in Egypt. This long-term contract role focuses on implementing and optimizing HRIS solutions for enterprise clients across the Middle East region. The position offers flexibility with remote work arrangements while delivering high-impact SuccessFactors EC modules. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable human capital management architectures.

• Configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central modules including organizational management, payroll integration, and time management
• Lead end-to-end implementation cycles from requirement gathering through go-live and hypercare support
• Design data migration strategies for employee master data, organizational structures, and historical records
• Develop integration touchpoints between Employee Central and external systems using middleware platforms
• Conduct fit-gap analysis workshops with HR stakeholders to align business processes with standard functionality
• Create technical specifications for custom extensions, business rules, and workflow configurations
• Provide post-implementation support including issue resolution, enhancement requests, and system optimization
• Mentor junior consultants on SuccessFactors best practices and configuration methodologies

• Minimum 4 years hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations
• Certified in SuccessFactors Employee Central Academy or equivalent practical expertise
• Strong proficiency in MDF (Metadata Framework), business rules, and role-based permissions
• Proven track record with integration technologies: OData APIs, Integration Center, and middleware tools
• Experience with data migration tools including Migration Workbench and legacy system extraction
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills for client-facing engagements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field
