Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our high-performing engineering teams. In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure platforms. You will collaborate with software development, security, and operations teams to automate deployment pipelines, optimize cloud resources, and ensure system reliability across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD, or Tekton.
• Provision and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) with Terraform, Ansible, or Helm across AWS, Azure, GCP, and on-premises Kubernetes clusters.
• Implement observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, OpenTelemetry) for monitoring, logging, and alerting.
• Drive container orchestration and service mesh adoption (Kubernetes, Istio, Linkerd) for microservices platforms.
• Automate security compliance, vulnerability scanning, and policy enforcement (OPA, Kyverno, Aqua, Trivy).
• Optimize cloud costs through rightsizing, spot instances, and FinOps practices.
• Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and promote DevOps culture and best practices.
• Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and postmortem processes.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on DevOps/SRE experience in large-scale production environments.
• Proven track record designing and operating Kubernetes clusters in production.
• Deep expertise with at least one major public cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong scripting/programming skills in Python, Go, Bash, or Groovy.
• Extensive experience with GitOps workflows and infrastructure-as-code methodologies.

Technical Skills

• Containerization & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, GKE, OpenShift), Helm, Kustomize.
• CI/CD: Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Flux, Tekton.
• Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, Ansible, Pulumi, CloudFormation.
• Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP (networking, IAM, compute, storage, serverless).
• Observability: Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Tempo, ELK/EFK, OpenTelemetry, Jaeger.
• Service Mesh & Networking: Istio, Linkerd, Consul, Envoy, CNI plugins, DNS, load balancing.
• Security & Compliance: Vault, Sealed Secrets, OPA/Gatekeeper, Kyverno, Falco, Trivy, SBOM.
• Databases & Messaging: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, Kafka, RabbitMQ, operator patterns.
